Studio Noon Shipping Policy

At Studio Noon, we’re committed to delivering your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. We ship using a combination of our suppliers' print-on-demand service and select items shipped directly from our studio. Here's everything you need to know:

 

1. Fulfillment & Shipping Times

Made-to-order items:
• Fulfillment time: 3–7 business days
• Estimated delivery time after fulfillment:
 • USA: 3–4 business days
 • Europe: 6–8 business days
 • Australia: 2–14 business days
 • Japan: 4–8 business days
 • International: 10–20 business days

In-stock items (shipped from our Studio Noon office):
• Processing time: 2–3 business days
• Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Note: You may receive items in separate packages

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your shipping destination, method, and the origin of the item.

Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be noted on the product page.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
If your order includes multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, determined by your local customs office.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

 

5. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived on time:
• Check your confirmation email for shipping address accuracy
• Contact your local post office
• Ask neighbors in case the package was delivered nearby

Still no luck? Contact us at info@studionoon.ca with your order number and we’ll help track it down.

 

6. Incorrect Addresses

If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at info@studionoon.ca.
• If the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update the address.
• If it has already shipped, we can send a replacement—shipping fees may apply.

 

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items

We’re sorry if there was an issue with your order! Please email us at info@studionoon.ca within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item(s)
• A description of the issue

We’ll work with you to make it right.
